All I have to say about Saturday’s night game is WOW! Oklahoma came to play Texas Tech didn’t. Texas Tech had way too many turnovers and they couldn’t stop Oklahoma’s run game. Things are all screwy in the Big 12 South. That’s fo sho, fo show, fo show.

Question. How does Texas move to the number 2 spot with out even playing? Right now Alabama #1, Texas #2, Oklahoma #3 and Florida #4. Florida should be at least 3, at least. They have been destroying teams, destroying SEC teams since their Mississippi State loss. A loss by only one point mind you. Give Florida a little more respect would you.

I will give Oklahoma some respect because they came to play on Saturday and Texas Tech looked like Citadel. Texas Tech should not even be in the top ten.

Maybe they will give Florida a little more respect when they beat FSU on Saturday, Alabama in the SEC Conference Championship game and whoever from the Big 12 South.

Tonight’s MNF game features the Greenbay Packers visiting the New Orleans Saints. The game is pretty much a toss up. Greenbay has an awesome pass defense and Drew Brees is having a great year.

Oh Dear God and Baby Jesus!!

Seriously does this even matter? He is being coach, am I right? I am sure his coaches new what the situation was. I can’t believe the sports writers are even bothering with this story. The last time we had a tie was in 2002 between the Atlanta Falcons and the Pittsburgh Steeler’s.

Did you know that there has only been 17 ties since the NFL started the sudden death rule in 1974? You know how many games have been played since 1974? Somewhere around 15000 games.

Give Donovan a break. I hated the fact that ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown even gave this any air time but they did.  All four of the commentators had to give their spiel even Tom Jackson who I love and then they had the nerve to ask Trent Dilfer what he thought. Maybe ESPN is getting tired of all the Tom Brady stories.

Well after last nights monday night game I officialy finished 4 for 5. It was a strange week with the Philadelphia and Cinci tie and the 11 to 10 Pittsburg San Diego game with the botched call. I am really surprised I ended up profiting.

Tonights game features the Cleveland Browns vs. The Buffalo Bills. I am taking the over 40.5 in this game. Good Luck to me!

Man I do love me some college football. You have Alabama ranked #1, Texas Tech #2, Texas (shouldnt be there) #3, Florida #4 and Oklahoma at #5.

Lets look at the Big 12. It looks like Missouri will wrap up the Big 12 North and play in the conference championship game. In the Big 12 South it gets more interesting. You have Texas Tech undefeated, Texas and Oklahoma. Texas Tech plays Oklahoma on Saturday at 8 pm eastern and then Baylor. If Texas Tech gets past Oklahoma on Saturday they will play Missouri for the Big 12 Championship. Basically Texas Tech holds their own destiny for the BCS Championship.

Oklahoma has Texas Tech and Oklahoma State left in their schedule. If Oklahoma wins out then they might have a shot at the BCS but maybe not because Texas beat them in regular season play. I am sure it would be best if Texas Tech just beats Oklahoma.

Texas just has Texas A&M left. So they are hoping for an upset. I honestly don’t know what would happen if Oklahoma beats Texas Tech. I am not familiar with how three way ties are delt with in that conference. Texas beat Oklahoma but lost to Texas Tech. So the Big 12 South is up for grabs but should be Texas Tech’s to lose.

Let talk about my favorite conference, The SEC. Alabama and Florida are my two favorite teams in college football and it pains me to see them have to play each other in the SEC Championship game in Atlanta. I do however like the SEC’s chances at another BCS Championship.

Alabama has look good all year and wasn’t expected to be this good this year. They just have to get past their instate rivals the Auburn Tigers before they face the Gators in the SEC Championship game. It’s simple, Alabama wins out - Alabama goes to the BCS.

Florida is embarassing SEC teams right now. After the one point loss against Mississppi State, Tim Tebow said:

“To the fans and everybody of Gator Nation, I’m sorry. Extremely sorry. We wanted an undefeated season, that was my goal, something Florida has never done here. I promise you one thing, a lot of good will come out of this.

“You will never see any player in the entire country play as hard as I will play the rest of the season. You will never see another player push his team as hard as I will push everybody the rest of the season. You will never see a team play harder than we will the rest of the season.”

Florida has Citadel and Florida State before heading to Atlanta to face #1 ranked Alabama. I honestly think that the way Florida is dismantling who ever they play, Florida will beat Alabama for the SEC Championship and then go on to beat Texas Tech or who ever from the the Big 12 South for the BCS Championship.

Like I said in the first line of this post. I love me some college football.

Well the raptors covered the spread on Monday night so there goes a unit. I thought I placed the bet for the 49er’s game but I guess I never made the bet so even though I called it right I didnt get the win. Oh well.

Tonight I have Ball State -19. Wish I would have bet the line earlier when it was -17. Well see, should be a blowout either way.

Tonight’s Monday Night Football game is between the Arizona Cardinal’s and the San Francisco 49er’s. With an Arizona win tonight the Cardinals will sweep the 49er’s this year and have a 4 game lead over the rest of the NFC West Division.

The 49er’s are coming off a bye this week with Mike Singletary as their new head coach. Last year the 49er’s upset the Cardinals and I think the 49er’s will come to play tonight. Cardinals will probably walk away with the win but I have one unit on the 49er’s +9.5.
